Chr. Hansen recently opened a new dairy flavors pilot plant within the company’s North American headquarter facilities in Milwaukee, WI. The new pilot plant will play an important role in customer scale up projects, sample development and application development in processed cheese, fermented dairy products and cheese sauces. The pilot plant is equipped with a full line of dairy equipment.
